Ben Lawler is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the California Society of Public Accountants, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ben Lawler is a LPL Licensed Investment Advisor and Financial Planner. Ben Lawler holds a Series 7 license through Linsco/Private Ledger. Ben Lawler also holds a Series 66 license through Linsco/Private Ledger, which covers investment analysis, recommendations and strategies, ethics, and legal guidelines.

Ben Lawler is a frequent lecturer and instructor. He was recently an instructor at California State University, Northridge. He taught Tax and Accounting 498 to upper division Business and Accounting students. Ben Lawler is a frequent writer and editor. One of his published articles includes financial investing through the California Scholorshare 529 Plan.

Ben Lawler was nominated by Dun & Bradstreet for recognition in a nationwide publication of "Who's Who" for excellence as a business leader in his respective field. This nomination has been registered in the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.

Ben Lawler has advised over 20 C corporations, over 50 S corporations, and over 20 Limited Liability companies. He has sat on the Board of Directors for three different corporations. Ben Lawler also specializes in due diligence for private and public offerings. One of his engagements included a valuation and acquisition for $18,000,000 cash, plus common shares of stock as well as preferred shares of stock. Ben Lawler is a graduate from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Stephens has a broad range of strategic and business planning and product management experience in start-up technology within the top-tier banking industry.

As a corporate strategist with ProActive Advisors, Mr. Stephens has advised CEOs, CIOs and senior executives of private equity backed companies in defining and deploying long-range and tactical business strategies that impact revenue growth and profit margins. His strategies, direction and management have resulted in revenues in the hundreds of millions.

Mr. Stephens’ expertise includes strategic planning, business case development and analysis, strategy program management, product management, strategic partnerships, marketing, and development of strategic IT infrastructures. Mr. Stephens has served as a strategic and business planner for a major global bank. He is currently Vice President of National Payment Strategies. Mr. Stephens received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and Masters degree from Rice University.

 
 

 Gary Slavett, Esq.

Mr. Slavett is a California licensed attorney with extensive experience in tax and business law. Mr. Slavett received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.S. in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Slavett was formerly an attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, and a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche’s Tax Controversy department.

Mr. Slavett is an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University’s Graduate School of Taxation where he teaches Advanced Federal Income Taxation.

Mr. Slavett is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar.

 

 Teresita San Mateo

Teresita San Mateo has been directing organizational accounting functions and financial policies, preparing financial statements and compilation documents for independent C.P.A. firms as a Controller for over 16 years.  She received a B.B.A. in accounting and finance, summa cum laude, from American InterContinental University. 

She has provided accounting services for various industries among which have been manufacturing, wholesale, retail, medical research groups, professional law groups and real estate development companies.  

Teresita San Mateo is an efficient, organized and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, written and interpersonal skills, who is proficient with MS Office applications, DOS, Windows XP and Vista operating systems, Peachtree, MAS90, and other ERP Systems,.  She is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a CTEC registered tax preparer.
